Parts Salesperson/ Interpreter

Our company of 300+ valued employees across various sites is built on a solid foundation of extensive market knowledge, superior customer service and industry-leading expertise, and our people are genuinely considered one of our premium assets.We are now seeking a highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Parts Salesperson/ Interpreter to join the Parts team in Burwood.What the roles entails:

• Liaise with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries
• Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
• Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts
• Processing quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT)
• Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high-level standard of customer service

• Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
• Ability to learn quickly and get the job done
• Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record
• Excellent time management
• Ability to operate under pressure and flexibility adapt as circumstances change
• High level of attention to detail and quality
• Genuine interest in Automotive industry
• Experience in the following Franchises is highly regarded but not essential: Audi, Hyundai, Isuzu Ute, Mazda, Suzuki, Volkswagen
