We have an exciting new opportunity for a new Parts Technicianto join our team on Kangaroo Island at our Parndana branch. This fulltime opportunity is ideal for someone technically and mechanically minded who has a positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for Agriculture.
Our Parts department sits in the centre of all the action, speaking with our customers daily, you work in partnership with our Sales and Service team to help get them the right part as quickly as possible.
With our small branch located in Parndana we work hard to support our diverse range of farmers across the Island. We need passionate people who pride themselves on delivering good quality customer service, enjoys working in a small, connected team and is genuinely excited by our extensive product range.

About the Role:
This customer centric role will see you:
- Act as the key point of call for all Retail Parts Sales
- Handle all Internal sales to Service and Sales team
- Actively follow up on customer quotations and backorders
- Keep customers informed of new parts, services available, and dealer merchandising programs
- Order processing including picking, packing and distribution
