Your Opportunity
Charles Chamber Court is a 60-bed residential aged care facility located at Surry Hills, NSW. This role is to meet the Pastoral Care needs of all the care recipients regardless of their chosen path.
Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Assess residents in regards to their Pastoral Care needs and structure a program according to the resident population
• Promote independence of residents in meeting their own spiritual and emotional needs
• Visitation of the residents when in hospital to provide a familiar face & support
• Provision of non-denominational prayer and memorial services to the residents
• Actively participates in the accreditation process

Requirements for Success

• Previous experience working with clients who have behavioural or mental health issues – Desirable
• Pastoral Care Certificate or similar
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively using principles of integrated service delivery
• Mandatory COVID and Flu vaccine proof

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
