Form of workClinipath Pathology is part of the Sonic Healthcare organisation which has a reputation as a quality pathology service provider, focusing on professional excellence, reliability and excellent customer service.
We currently have Part time and Casual roles available in Bunbury and Busselton and are seeking applications from local Pathology Collectors.
The primary focus of this role is on the collection of blood and other samples from patients in accordance with our procedures while providing the patient with exceptional, professional customer service.
The successful applicant must:
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or a Nursing qualification or have significant phlebotomy experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and within a small team with a high degree of accuracy and precision
- Be computer literate
Previous experience in pathology and a current first aid certificate is desirable.
All appointments are subject to proof of vaccination for COVID-19 and proof of Hep B, MMR and DTP immunity as well as a current National Police Clearance and unrestricted drivers licence.
The opportunity to participate in Clinipath Pathology's training program to complete your Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques is available for successful candidates.
Training in Bunbury or Perth may be required, depending on experience.
