We are rapidly expanding and have a number of opportunities available for caring, empathetic, motivated and experienced workers to join our team and are looking for a suitable passionate Recruitment Officer to assist us on the journey.
Role Requirements:
- Managing recruitment, from advertising to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, screening, employee file preparation,
- Preparing employee correspondence, file management, and reporting,
- Assisting with recruitment notes and interview preparation
- General screening of candidates before presenting options to internal hiring manager &
- Positively steward candidates through the recruitment process.
About you:
- Outstanding communication and presentations skills
- Contemporary HR practices.
- Highly organised and ability to work with excel spreadsheets to track candidate progress
- Recruitment and Talent acquisition experiences
- HR Administrative excellence.
