AddressWe are seeking motivated Patient Care Assistants to join our Palliative Care team.
Permanent Part Time appointments are available at 38 hours per fortnight.
This role assists with a range of patient support services (including home support) as directed by the Senior Health Professional on duty or Leading Hand Support Services, and members of the nursing team.
The Patient Support Assistant is responsible for:
- Direct Patient Assistance – personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living
- In home Respite for Carers/Carer Support
- Cleaning routines
