AddressWe are seeking an outstanding, super-organised Patient coordinator to join our team. Are you customer service-focused with an outgoing friendly personality?
You will need to be immaculately presented, extremely organized, solutions-orientated, and a master of attention to detail.
Duties will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service when meeting and greeting patients
- Provide support to patients during their surgical journey
- Be responsible for providing surgical quotes, hospital bookings, anesthetist bookings, garment fitting, and ordering.
- Processing payments, receipting, and processing Medicare refunds
- Be a port of call for patients
- Making sure that the patient's experience with the clinic is 5 star
- Providing professional and courteous communication to patients and medical professionals.
- Occasional front desk support will also be a requirement.
- Replying to patient inquiries on phone and email
Your skill set should include:
- Previous experience in a service-based industry, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage a busy workload.
- Professional appearance is essential.
- Previous experience in the medical industry is essential
- Must be able to work as a team player.
- Previous experience with Genie software would be an advantage
You will have an outstanding attitude, strong self-confidence, and exceptional customer service experience. You will be willing to take on core responsibilities and be able to work independently and keep pace as a key member of a dynamic and high-performing team.
This position is permanent full time, 5 days a week, sick and holiday leave where applicable.
