Patient Coordinator - Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon

Our client is a leading plastic surgery clinic dedicated to high quality care to each of their patients.

Role Overview: As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through their journey with warmth and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments
• Providing information about procedures, quotations, and pre/post-operative care
• Surgical billing, invoicing, banking, reconciliations, submission of theatre lists
• Assisting patients with paperwork and insurance claims
• Ensuring a seamless patient experience from start to finish

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for patients' needs and concerns
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a surgical practice
• Knowledge of Genie (advantage) and Microsoft packages
