We are a Specialist Plastic Surgery practice located in the heart of the CBD.

Our Patient Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience by coordinating appointments, assisting with enquiries, and maintaining effective communication between patients and practitioners.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Open and prepare the practice for our busy day
- Diary Management for our 2 surgeons
- Make appointments and collect/verifying patient information
- Invoicing and receipting of patients
- Prepare consent forms and hospital booking forms
- Schedule patient surgery bookings
- Manage practitioner theatre lists
- Filing & scanning
- Maintenance of the practice environment
- Follow up outstanding accounts
- Other ad-hoc office duties
- Provide additional support to the Practice Manager
Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or Cosmetic/Plastic surgery is desirable.
- Genie experience (will be highly regarded)
- MAC OS friendly workplace
- Tech savvy
- Experience with Medicare and Private Health Insurance billing
- Effective organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Awareness and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and ethical standards in healthcare.
- Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
DAYS AND HOURS
The role is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
We are open to discussing a four (4) day week.
