Sydney Ultrasound for Women (SUFW) is a renowned diagnostic ultrasound medical practice, devoted to meeting the needs of women at various stages of their lives. Our doctors are specialist Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (O&G) who have further specialised in ultrasound, high-risk obstetrics and reproductive genetics.

You’ll be joining a team of multidisciplinary specialists who collaborate to improve the experience and outcomes for patients with care and compassion.  
  
A role with unique responsibilities
The Patient Services Manager will play a crucial part in the patient journey. This is a key SUFW leadership position that will exist to coordinate the Patient Services team by planning, directing and coordinating administrative services across SUFW. The role will focus on delivering ‘best in class’ patient experience drive key projects, efficiencies, and process improvements. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Empower a proactive, engaged, efficient Patient Services team across SUFW, with a focus on patient experience and people engagement
• Be accountable and resolve day-to-day operational Patient Services issues across all SUFW locations;
• Show courage, achieve Net Promoter Score (NPS) expectations by continually improving the service delivery and proactively acting on patient complaints;
• Manage and maintain professional internal and external relationships, promoting open communication and coordination

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including presentation skills
• A desire to lead others and accept accountability for outcomes
• Experience in a leadership or operational management role in the health sector (advantageous)
• Knowledge of customer (patient) service & measurement of patient (NPS) and employee experience
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
• A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Mission and Principles
