• Provide administrative support to the Sunnybank clinic.
• Manage the daily operation of our clinic from a administrative perspective.
• Delegate and assign tasks to your team of Patient Service Administrators.
• Manage and mentor a team of Administrators
• Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.

As a Patient Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience informative, transparent, and supportive interactions at every step. Additionally you will also ensure that your team are provided with a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace where they are valued and empowered to achieve at their full potential.Qualifications and skills we value:We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:

• Dedicated Experience: Health/medical administration management experience.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with intermediate healthcare IT platforms.
• Industry Know-How: Understanding of basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
• Communication Mastery: Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly from a people management perspective
• Precision Matters: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical Prowess: Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making.
• Bi-Lingual: English/Mandarin highly regarded.
• Time Management: Demonstrated excellent time management.
