Patient and Clinical Services Manager

City Fertility is currently in search of a dynamic and process-driven Clinic Operations Manager to join our team in Brisbane. In this varied role, you will lead the patient services and Clinical administration teams, manage projects and workplace change initiatives and ensure our Clinics are compliant, efficient, and safe workplaces.About Us:City Fertility is a leading provider in the Fertility/IVF Services market in Australia, renowned for our commitment to excellence in patient care. We take pride in offering a comprehensive range of specialist fertility services to individuals and couples across Australia.Your Role:As the Clinic Operations Manager for Brisbane, Sunnybank & Toowoomba, you report directly to the State General Manager and enjoy a remit in:

• Ensuring that processes and operational/administrative outputs of our Clinics are as timely, accurate and efficient as possible.
• Leading business and quality improvement processes.

As the Clinic Operations Manager you will have a strong focus on the delivery of KPI's and driving service improvement across our Clinics.Qualifications and skills we value:We are seeking an individual who is process -driven, responsive and who loves a challenge. You will have a strong record of business improvements under your belt and be a confident and caring team leader who:

• Demonstrates experience leveraging systems for consistent service delivery.
• Is accomplished in leading multi-disciplinary teams, ideally with some experience in a healthcare setting or multi-site operations.
• Has the ability to collaborate with an array of complex stakeholders and maintain professional business relationships.
• Is highly proficiency in computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Current Driver's License and willingness to travel between Clinics as required.
