Evolve Talent are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator, to join our Payroll Team in the CBD office. The need to hire comes off the back of continued growth nationally for Evolve Talent. The position is part time with annual remuneration negotiable depending on your experience.
You new role will include:
- Reviewing timesheets in FT
- A great team environment, fun and friendly
- Timesheet adjustments (back pays/transferring hours to new timesheets for adjustments, etc.)
- Processing manual timesheets when required
- Assisting with day-to-day queries
- Timesheet screenshots for consultants to chase approvals
- Processing Pay Batches
- Reporting on Invoices/hours worked
- Managing deductions/overpayments
- Payee Record Maintenance
- Looking into Invoice queries/discrepancies etc.
- Raising manual invoices (MOU Agreements)
- Managing/reviewing Rate agreements
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong PC & technology skills
- Previous payroll experience is required
- A high level of accuracy
- Experience with Bullhorn, FastTrack360 or similar is an advantage
- Previous experience interpreting awards
