With excellent flexibility to WFH this role will administer the payroll, invoicing, compliance, accounts receivable, accounts payable and reporting function.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage online timesheet submission and approval processes
- Process fortnightly contractor payrolls
- First point of contact for contractor payroll queries and client enquiries
- Complete contract payroll reconciliation for each fortnightly pay run
- Manage invoicing process for permanent and contract invoices
- Complete payroll reconciliation for each fortnightly payrun
- Maintain debtor balance, monitor and chase outstanding invoices and allocate payments received
- Prepare and process supplier payments on a weekly basis
- Ensure placement records are meeting compliance requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the recruitment industry or payrolling provider
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Astute experience would be highly regarded

- $70,000 - $75,000 + super (depending on sexperience)
