Immediate opportunity as Payroll/ Finance Administrator. Amazing opportunity to join this leader in their field. Temp with view of perm. Based in Redfern and flexibility to WFHImmediate start and could be temp – perm. (Initially 6 months temp)
Paying up to $45 per hour plus super (depending on experience)Responsibilities Included:
- All areas of payroll
- Liaising with HR Advisors, supervisors, and employees
- Review timesheets and process within the system
- Interpreting industrial instrument and applying this to payment requirements and obligations
- Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service
- Providing backup for Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable and willingness to fill in during periods of staff leave
- Assisting with month-end reporting
- Completion of day-to-day administration tasks in relation to payroll processing
- Demonstrated previous experience in a payroll position, processing end to end accounts
- Proven ability in understand and working with EBAs and awards
- High level of proficiency with Excel and Microsoft applications
- Excellent Organisation skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
- A "can-do" attitude & ability to work autonomously
- Meeting Strict deadlines
