THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a team of 5 to process fortnightly and monthly Payrolls across Australia and New Zealand. The Payroll software is PeopleSoft.
Duties include the below
- Ensure accurate and timely payment to all employees, and submission of statutory filings
- Validating new starters, processing terminations, and accurate maintenance of employee records
- Responding to Payroll queries
- Ensuring timely payment of superannuation
- Work collaboratively with other internal departments
- Contribute to End of Month and End of Year reconciliations
The ability to work remotely almost full-time is a big plus. When do you have to attend the office, it is centrally located in brand new Melbourne CBD Offices. The organisation is implementing SAP Employee Central so it is a great opportunity to get one of the more in-demand software on your resume.

Being a global organisation can make for some complex and unique problems to work through. There will be times you have to wait for someone in another country to get online!
IDEAL APPLICANTS
Ideally, you would have processed both Australian and New Zealand payrolls in your career. Previous exposure to PeopleSoft would be very favourably looked upon but it is not a requirement. The hours worked in this role are not your standard 9-5 so you need to be able to work early/late hours on occasion.
