We are looking for a professional Payroll Administrator to join our Finance Team on a permanent part-time Basis - 30 hours per week
Key responsibilities:
- End to End processing of our weekly payroll
- Processing of statutory payroll requirements such as Portable
Long Service Leave and Redundancy Funds. - Providing HR Support
- Administering and scheduling statewide training commitments
- Assisting Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable staff
About you:
- You have a can-do attitude
- You are Flexible and can work in a busy environment
- Your computer literacy skills include Word, Excel & Outlook
- You are a team player with good organizational skills
- You are interested in building a working knowledge of our industry
To be considered, you will need to
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Be competent with Tencia Accounting package, or similar
- Have the ability to interpret Awards and EBA conditions.
- Be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Cert IV in accounting would be considered favourably
