We have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for a Payroll Administrator. This is a permanent full time position on a Monday to Friday basis.

What you will be doing

• Provide high quality administrative support to the team through coordinating payroll, invoicing, timesheets, and monthly claims.
• Ensure each project is set-up in an efficient manner using forms, registers, reports and databases and where possible implementing new processes to improve efficiencies.
• Assist in the production of the weekly payroll for various projects by collecting, entering, cost coding and auditing payroll data and preparing it for submission.
• Organise information into reports and databases, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ensure established procedures are followed accurately and carefully.
• Respond to requests from customers, suppliers, divisional services and the project team with high value.

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience in a high volume admin environment
• Resources experience is desirable but not essential as we encourage applicants from all industries
• Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation
• The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
