Payroll & Creditors Officer
THE JOB
Snowy Valleys Council is seeking a capable, systematic and detail focused person to contribute to the effective delivery of Council’s payroll and accounts payable functions. The successful applicant will have competent and accurate financial reconciliation skills and the ability to plan and organise work priorities, work through and resolve issues and work to deadlines.
The role will require you to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and have strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain requirements and maintain privacy and confidentiality requirements.

THE BENEFITS
- Permanent fulltime position of 70 hours per fortnight based at our Tumut office.
- Fortnightly salary range of $2382.24 - $2681.20 (gross) plus 11% superannuation contribution.
- Salary offered within the range will be negotiated based on skills, experience and education.
- Generous leave entitlements.
- Flexible working arrangements available including a 9-day fortnight.
