Join us as a Payroll Manager, where you’ll oversee the processing of payroll for our 200 plus employees and lead the ongoing development, management, and enhancement of our HRIS system (iChris) while providing comprehensive reporting solutions and people analytics to support decision making across the organisation.

- You’re experienced in processing payroll, reconciliations, and reporting and have a deep understanding of industrial awards and can interpret employment agreements.
- You’re a natural problem solver, you are energised by continuous improvement and enjoy finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
- You’re adept at quickly building and maintaining effective working relationships across the business.
- You can articulate the benefits of potential changes to systems and processes confidently and accurately.
- You love to work as part of a small team to achieve outstanding results.
