Addresshighly respected Australian organisation has the need for a full time Payroll Manager to join this high energy, fun and friendly payroll team based in Sydney.
In this role, you will be managing the provision of payroll, superannuation, salary packaging, etc and ensuring that all employees are paid correctly, on time and ensures that all entitlements are recorded correctly !

- Must be Hands on payroll processing using HR3 Payroll system
- Manage and guide the payroll team
- Accurate & timely processing of the payroll data
- Monthly reconciliations & reporting
- Superannuation Payments & Reconciliations
- Monthly & Yearly Reconciliations
- Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Support the wider team with technical and customer queries.
- Setting up new employees & updating employee information
- Termination calculations & reconciliations of salary packaging
- Current Payroll Management experience is a must.
- Strong, confident & up to date payroll knowledge.
- Extensive experience in management of a Payroll function, services and team
- Careful attention to detail and strong planning skills
- Be able to coach, mentor and train staff
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong Excel skills - Advanced
