It encompasses various departments including Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, Marketing and Property.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:
- Weekly data entry of corporate payroll (new hires, terminations, change of conditions)
- Data entry and management of workers compensation and associated reconciliations
- Management of company and government paid parental leave and associated reconciliations
- Management of Remserv payments and reconciliations
- Process Payrun
- Depending on experience, they would also be required to support monthly reconciliation and payment of superannuation and payroll tax
- Available to start immediately
- Experience in a similar high-volume payroll
- Experience working with payroll systems and time and attendance systems
- Sound knowledge of payroll-related legislation including superannuation, tax and Fair Work
- High level numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
