About the CompanyA global leader known for its commitment to excellence and innovation is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team on a temporary and hybrid basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, processing high volume payroll and working as part of a team.About the role

• End-to-end Payroll processing.
• Process payroll accurately for up to 200 staff and in a timely manner using ADP payroll software.
• Verify time sheets, deductions, and other payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ensuring all staff changes are recorded and salary benefits are updated in the HR/payroll system
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as required.

About you

• Proven experience working as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, legislation, and regulations.
• Proficiency with Micropay payroll software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
