Your part in it
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Payroll Officer to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This role reports to the Payroll Manager and involves close collaboration with the Finance, People and Culture teams, and various business leaders and stakeholders.

What you’ll put into it
- ensuring all payroll transactions are processed correctly and timely for payments to be made on time
- performing comprehensive reconciliations of employee pay and leave, and calculate entitlements and termination payments upon request, including redundancies and notice payments
- assisting with administrative duties for the Financial Operations team, where required
- maintaining and updating supplier master data including onboarding new suppliers, updating supplier/customer details in the ERP, monitoring inactive suppliers, and assisting with updates to delegated authorities
- processing payroll changes (e.g., new hires, timesheets, ad-hoc payments)
What you’ll bring to it
- Payroll experience gained within a professional or corporate environment
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- An analytical mindset with excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work in cross functional teams and provide relevant support across all areas of payroll
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
