Job Description
Leading the Payroll team and overseeing payroll processes, practices and procedures to ensure timely, consistent and accurate processing of payroll.
Performing quality control reviews to ensure payroll accuracy.
Identifying and addressing business training and communication needs in relation to payroll processes and systems.
Driving ongoing improvements that are focussed on reducing risk and increasing efficiency of the function through standardising, automating and consolidating processes.
Building business partnerships, seeking input and feedback ensure successful, compliant, scalable processes and practices.

We are seeking experienced payroll leaders with a passion for leadership and process improvement. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative in all aspects of the role. Experience with large payroll systems will be looked upon favourably (i.e. Chris 21/iChris, SAP, ADP etc).
