Who will you be working with – You will be working with one of Australia's award-winning and greenest energy providers, based in the funky and upbeat suburb of Richmond. For the last 11 years, they have won multiple awards for having the most satisfied customers and expect the same level of service from their employees. 

The purpose of this position – Due to internal movement, the team are looking for a Payroll Specialist. You will work within a team of 3 managing payroll for 1300 employees across multiple areas of the business. The pay cycle is on a fortnight basis utilizing ADP payroll systems. 

• Manage payroll for 1300 employees 
• Work with the ADP payroll system
• Rotate duties within the team and work across different areas of the business
• Work to payroll deadlines and ensure compliance
• Ad hoc reporting for various teams within the business
• Build a wider team & foster a great culture

Our ideal candidate – You have proven payroll experience in large corporate businesses (1000+ employees) Ideally, you have knowledge of tax regulation & super and can hit the ground running. 

• Prior experience in payroll is essential (2-4 years) 
• Experience working with tax regulation & super
• Strong stakeholder communication & ability to communicate across the business
• Experience with ADP payroll system highly regarded
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
• A down-to-earth, friendly nature
• Keen to get stuck in & be part of a fun, dynamic team
