The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join a growing, reputable business in Melbourne's CBD. There is so much to learn in this fast-paced, high-volume environment, with plenty of training and development opportunities. Ideally, you will have extensive Oracle system exposure and strong technical skills.  

The Challenge

Reporting to the Payroll Specialist Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the payroll processing team
• Preparing and processing terminations, redundancies and long service leave
• Maintaining leave records and adjustments 
• Comprehensive reconciliation of long service leave balances and payments 
• Responding to payroll-related queries
• Supporting management with process improvement initiatives

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you have:

• 5+ years of high-volume end-to-end payroll processing 
• Experience working with Oracle software is preferred, but SAP, Pay Global, and Ceridian are also highly regarded. 
• The desire to work in a more specialised role outside of the typical BAU processing 
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Available for a full-time permanent role 
• Office-based two days | Work From Home three days 
• Living within the Inner suburbs and can travel to the CBD 
• Salary expectations of $110,000 Inclusive of superannuation
