Payroll Team Leader

Strong leadership skills - previous experience managing multiple direct reports in hybrid arrangements.
Proven experience liaising with employees and management.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of awards, superannuation, taxation, payroll, and employment law.
A passion for Innovation ? excited about the opportunity to identify and drive significant improvement within the Payroll function.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to meet deadlines and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
A strong history of consistently achieving targets.
A solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
Australian Citizenship
