Our client, based in beautiful Crawley, is seeking a Payroll Team Leader to manage their team.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and lead the Payroll and Benefits team, including supervision and training of staff.
- Oversee the monitoring of legislative and ATO changes and adjust payroll and benefits processes and systems to ensure compliance.
- Develop, streamline and improve the payroll and benefits processes and systems, with appropriate input and support from key stakeholders.
- Accurately deliver high volume, complex payroll, superannuation and salary packaging transactions.
You will have:
- Experience in a Team lead role or a Senior Role with the ability to move into a lead role.
- Experience in process improvement and service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Alesco payroll system would be advantageous.
You must be based in Perth and have full working rights for this role.
