- Collate and review employee-related information for transfer to support establishment of People Services for transferring employees following Completion of Bank sale.
The aim of this position is to achieve essential project goals linked to the transfer of employment related data. This includes:
- Investigating, documenting, and facilitating decision-making concerning People & Culture (P&C) procedures and transition agreements;
- Coordinating and implementing transition strategies within agreed time frames; and
- Carrying out assigned project tasks to support overall project objectives.
What you'll do- Communicate effectively with other People teams and Business Representatives to identify, gather and analyse relevant information;
- Review information / documentation, assess relevance and capture information for decision making (as required);
- Develop and execute work plans as part of a team to deliver the transfer of people-related information within agreed timelines;
- Track completion of activities and prepare summary documentation for project leadership;
- Work fluidly, swarming around problems to resolve quickly; and
- Complete ad-hoc activities as required by the project.
What you'll bring- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline or law (desired)
- Experience in HR/employment law or industrial relations advisory/consulting
- Proficient technical expertise in one or more specialist domains (industrial relations, enterprise agreements, or employee relations, mergers, acquisitions, and/or divestments)
- Risk and commercial acumen
- Excel and data analysis skills
- Takes accountability to resolve problems and deliver successful outcomes
