The Role:
Reporting to the P&C Manager and working alongside the wider team, your generalist responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Senior Managers and employees;
- Employee relations and case management;
- Supporting with P&C projects;
- Industrial relations support;
- Assisiting the P&C Manager with policies & procedures; and
- P&C administration support.
To Be Successful:
You will be eager to learn and develop your career. You will also have:
- Previous P&C Generalist experience;
- Heavy industry experience is highly regarded;
- Ability to work autonomously with strong problem-solving skills; and
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
