- Manage and oversee key deliverables across the Reward portfolio
What you'll do
You'll work in a fluid way across the Reward portfolio based on the priorities, your capability and interests, and your development areas. This may include:
- Manage and coordinate specialist benchmarking, job evaluations, and remuneration recommendations
- Provide advice on appointments, separations, special incentives, and preparation of contractual documents for executives
- Offer pragmatic and timely advice on complex reward matters for the workforce population, including job evaluations, benchmarking, and benefits
- Manage Suncorp's share plans and overseeing relationships with recognition and benefits vendors.
- Ensure accurate budgeting and expenditure for rewards and benefits, coordinating with Finance
- Lead annual remuneration review processes for both the workforce and executive populations
- Maintain compliance with legislation, regulations, and internal standards, including conducting pay and gender pay analytics.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Commerce, Business, Economics, Law, or equivalent is desired
- 10+ years of experience advising and implementing Executive & Workforce reward and benefits policies and practices
- Solid understanding of current reward and benefits trends, practices, legislation, and taxation
- Demonstrated consultation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management capabilities throughout project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in researching, extracting insights, and effectively communicating findings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
