Food And Beverage Manager | Multi Faceted Venue | $120K+

Assist in the elevation of our already thriving venue across everything Food and Beverage related, dining, bars, functions and events, accommodation. We are ready to ramp up and sharpen everything from service, training, atmosphere and products and need a skilled leader with creativity, organization and dedication to steer the course!The RoleAs Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for everything related, reporting directly to the General Manager you will be challenged to meet and exceed guests expectations. You will be part of the menu developments, you will hire, manage and train new staff and you will ensure to keep the high standards of the company.Experience

• Multiple years experience in senior management, either in F&B, restaurants or Pubs.
• Strong with P&Ls, budgets and reporting
• Solid Customer service background and are able to build a team and in-still the ethic of WOW factors
• Very up to date knowledge of Food and Beverage trends.
• Have a leadership style that is inclusive, open and direct and are able to motivate a larger team
• Great computer skills
• A strong commitment to a polished presentation
