We are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic People Systems Coordinator to join our team. Having recently launched Dayforce (Ceridian) across the Group, this is an exciting time of digital transformation. Reporting to the People Systems Manager this position will be an integral role in supporting P&C processes, data quality and technology enhancements. Preferably you will be based in Adelaide, however Melbourne will be considered if you are the right person for the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer Dayforce, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of data
- Configuration of specific system components, enabling customised P&C functionality through the development of forms, workflows, notifications, reports and dashboards with quality outputs
- Assisting in the review, testing and implementation of system releases and upgrades
- Manage system access and user account security and permissions for all end users
- Maintain the integrity of the system organisation and position structures, fully scoping any additional works
- Perform bulk uploads of data as required
- Prepare and distribute periodical P&C reports including submission of the annual WGEA report
- Collaborate with P&C Business Partners to develop system enhancements, customisations and workflows
- Identify and resolve system related issues and collaborate with the IT department to ensure system sustainability and functionality
You will have:
- Previous experience with an LMS, HRIS, or similar systems knowledge desirable.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Preferably, tertiary qualifications in HR or similar business-related discipline
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to analyse and problem solve
