A unique opportunity has come up for a pelvic health physio to join our small, supportive and experienced team at Sunrise Pelvic Physiotherapy. We are a small, independent, caring business, based in a beautiful new clinic in Newtown that aims to provide an excellent level of trauma-informed client care, in a safe and welcoming space. We see mainly women’s pelvic health clients, with a large focus on pregnancy and postnatal care, sexual and chronic pelvic pain with some musculoskeletal and rehab clients. Your caseload will be primarily women’s pelvic health.

The Role
- Part time pelvic Health Physiotherapist that can work a minimum of 2 days with view to increase to 3 days
- Flexible - suited to an experienced physio who can hit the ground running, or for someone starting out who has baseline training but would prefer close mentoring and support
- We are looking for a practitioner who is empathetic and caring with excellent communication and time management skills, who is keen to work as part of a small friendly close-knit team
- You must be able to see clients independently and manage your own caseload
Essential Criteria
- Training in Women’s Health Physiotherapy
- 1-2 years experience in private practice (musculoskeletal or pelvic health)
- AHPRA Registration
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ongoing commitment to CPD requirements and up-to-date CPD
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- First Aid and CPR requirements up to date
- Someone who is able to work autonomously but also as part of a close-knit team
- Excellent time management and communication skills, and you must be punctual
- Must be an Australian Citizen or be a Permanent Resident
Preferred Criteria
- Musculoskeletal experience
- Additional training in pilates training / exercise prescription
