Senior Systems Analyst

Join our client in finance in their Customer and Enterprise Platform team as a Senior System Analyst and play a key role in shaping the future of their technology systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the bank to analyze needs, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications that enhance the customer and employee experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, define, communicate, and validate technical requirements.
• Lead the design phase of new releases, ensuring solutions align with technical and business objectives.
• Be a subject matter expert on the system implemented.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and successful change management.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality solutions within budget and scope.
• Work closely with the business, vendor and delivery teams.
• Support the operational management of assigned systems by providing analysis of incidents and managing risks.
• Support stakeholders in using platform applications effectively.
• Create or assist in creating system design and technical specifications.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst with strong technical background
• Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer science or similar
• Experience in the finance industry (or highly regulated industries)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 OR ServiceNow to provide technical oversight, delivery and maintenance.
• Experience working with multiple integrations and understanding of micro-services.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle across various methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
