About the role
As the People and Culture (P&C) Change Delivery Lead you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of P&C organisational change programs. Working in partnership with business stakeholders and P&C Partners, you and a small team will program manage and deliver small medium and large change programs to achieve our strategic objectives. These will include structure, operating model, multi-divisional and other organisational changes.
Day-to-day, you will:
Oversee a portfolio of people related change projects from planning and design through to implementation and transition.
Oversee the development of delivery plans, establishing processes and methods to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and are of a high quality.
Maintain relationships with P&C Partners and business stakeholders by providing specialist advice and regular communication.
Ensure governance of all programs of work by tracking progress and escalating risks where appropriate.
Provide regular leadership, mentoring and coaching to a team of core consultants.
Streamline processes and resources to continuously improve the stakeholder experience.
Manage the annual work plan of a small team to anticipate and plan for demand.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Sound practical experience and knowledge of key People and Culture processes and practice, with a particular focus on organisational design and change in complex organisations.
Demonstrated experience in managing organisational change with a keen understanding of project delivery discipline, compliance and people experience
Exceptional communications skills with the ability to convey messages to a variety of people across the organisation, both written and verbal.
A builder of relationships, you won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo, helping to problem solve through your persistence, passion and the ability to influence and negotiate.
Well-developed business acumen. You’re commercially focussed on what you deliver.
Demonstrate resilience in their work with the ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
