About the OPPORTUNITY We have a great opportunity for a Case Coaching Specialist to join our business based in Henderson WA.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working. Reporting to the Case Coaching Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing HR advice to managers and employees primarily on case management including workplace investigations.
Key responsibilities include: Conducting and supporting workplace investigations Supporting line managers in case management through providing detailed case management advice and documentation Understanding Enterprise employment Policies, applicable legislation, awards, agreements and instruments and their application Providing assistance to managers and employees on the content of employment legislation, industrial awards and agreements Assess, triage and resolve queries relating to Case Coaching depending on the complexity Understanding end-to-end core HR processes, process accountabilities, hand-offs and internal control requirements Guiding experienced and inexperienced managers through best practice employee relations and Case Coaching processes, by coaching and educating to enable self-serve and increase leadership capability Continuously seeking to challenge and improve processes in consultation with the Employee Relations and Business Partnering teams. About YOU Demonstrated experience in HR Case Coaching or similar role Tertiary qualification or studying towards in a Business/Human Resources related discipline (highly desirable) Proven ability to interpret and apply policy and enterprise agreements Working knowledge of employee legislation, controls and compliance Highly developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills
