You will be a people’s person who delivers exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and internal stakeholders, whilst delivering the highest standards as the People & Culture Coordinator. Located in Tanunda, the beautiful Barossa Valley and is only 20 mins from Gawler.
To be successful in this role you will have a continuous improvement & solutions-focused mindset, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail. You’ll have an eagerness to learn, take ownership and problem-solve. You’ll have an analytical mindset and be able to thrive in a complex environment with the gravitas to partner closely with managers & employees across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing expert management support, award interpretation, and advice.
- Management of Employee Relations matters through to a successful conclusion.
- Respond to enquiries relating to awards, remuneration and benefits, HR policy and process.
- Managing recruitment, from advertising to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, screening, employee file preparation, and induction.
- HR reporting and analysis.
About you:
- Sound knowledge and experience in HR systems and WHS. A confident and resilient individual with exceptional negotiation skills and possessing appropriate tertiary qualifications is a must for this role.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and influence leaders.
- Proficiency with HR systems, preparing reports & data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with all colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of the aged care sector highly desirable
- COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current police clearance
- Undertale a pre-employment physical assessment.
