Pop-Up Health is seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the employee journey through their entire lifecycle. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the successful candidate will manage administrative duties and facilitate seamless transitions for our employees, from onboarding to offboarding and all aspects in between.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the People and Culture department, providing support via phone, email and in person interactions.
  • Administer various HR functions, including the preparation of documentation, employee onboarding and offboarding processes, updating employee data into our HRIS system (Employment Hero), and generating regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Monitor the HR inbox, promptly addressing and escalating inquiries as necessary.
  • Manage the allocation of company uniforms and coordinate employee induction.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate and up to date employee documentation, including issuing employment contracts and other HR related paperwork.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2 years proven experience in a HR Administrator role, with knowledge of Australian workplace laws preferred.
  • A HR generalist background preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in learning new systems and technologies.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A friendly, helpful demeanour and the ability to confidently guide new employees through the onboarding processes.
  • High energy and strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
