About the Role
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you will drive the delivery and implementation of people initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, retention and productivity. This role will have a particular focus on coaching and advising on all people issues, ensuring a prompt, fair and efficient outcome, providing support with attracting and retaining the best talent, and enhancing the employment brand and employee experience. There will be opportunity to further develop and grow your skills in HR strategic planning, reward and recognition as well as various HR related projects.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have HR or Business related qualifications and be looking to leverage your experience as an HRBP to step into a lead role. With exposure to the full HR remit and end to end employee lifecycle, you will be self-motivated, action orientated, love building relationships and have the ability to think creatively to achieve meaningful and impactful initiatives. About culture & benefits
Located in Sydney CBD with flexible working, this wonderful opportunity is paying between $150,000 to $160,000 inclusive of superannuation and is an excellent opportunity for you to take on your first Lead role, be mentored and work alongside the Head of P&C and drive a number of projects in the business.
