The Role
A role has become available for an experienced P&C Officer or Adviser to join the Melbourne office. This will be a generalist role with the ability to get involved in a broad range of P&C areas such as:
- recruitment;
- vacation clerk & graduate programs;
- People & performance management including performance reviews, disciplinary & grievance processes;
- L&D initiatives;
- participation in P&C projects such as health & wellbeing, D&I, engagement, leadership development, reward & recognition; and
- policy & compliance areas such as WH&S.
About you
We’re seeking applications from candidates with:
- relevant tertiary qualifications;
- a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the legal sector or other professional services environment;
- confidence to autonomously manage a recruitment portfolio;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail;
- proven ability to communicate effectively and confidentially; and
- skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
