People Experience Coordinator

Huon’s People & Culture team has two brand new and exciting opportunities for positive hands-on People Experience Coordinators.

The role

These brand-new roles will join our team of passionate and knowledgeable Advisors as the friendly first point of contact and provide administrative and coordination support to the People & Culture and Talent & People Experience team.

About you and the role

There is no such thing as a dull day! As People Experience Coordinator, you will:

• Thrive in a people focused role and have a keen interest and understanding of the employee lifecycle and people processes.
• Own a range of activities such as employee related administration, inbox management, recruitment scheduling, coordinate onboarding tasks, and maintain our systems and files.
• Produce high quality work with accuracy and maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Embody our values and cultivate positive and productive relationships across the business, community, our candidates, and the broader People, Culture & Safety team.
• Support our calendar of people initiatives, projects, and events.
• Receive supportive leadership with a Generalist or Talent focus enabling professional development and valuable insight into our vast and dynamic business.
