Job description

About the role:
The People Operations Coordinator works closely with the entire People & Culture team to deliver a cohesive and coordinated employee experience throughout the Nandoca lifecycle. The People Operations Coordinator is the first point of contact for People related matters (triaging where needed) and supporting the implementation of key People initiatives across ANZ.
  • Manage the ANZ P&C Inbox and Workday HR Administration, responding to enquires and triage where appropriate, provide insights and propose solutions to trending concerns.
  • Weekly review and update of Visa status across ANZ. Provide advice to Nandocas and their managers on work rights and escalating matters where appropriate and support the P&C team and relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve Visa breaches.
  • Review and approval of study break requests.
  • Work with People & Culture team to develop, review and update relevant HR processes, including the appropriate templates, guides, and documentation.
  • Support the People Partners with preparation and background information on relevant Employee Relations matters, including responding to grievances, investigations.
  • Supporting with Workday training set up and learning related events coordination.
  • Administer and collate information to contribute to P&C reporting to support data driven decisions.
  • Support line managers to create Starting Out Plans for new Nandocas in Central Support and Field teams.
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the P&C function, proposing opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the P&C team.
What you will bring:
  • Demonstrated Coordination experience in a People function, preferably across both Australia and New Zealand.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting complex people matters such as employee relations.
  • Degree qualified in HR, Commerce or other business related discipline.
  • Experience with Workday will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information in an ethical and legal manner, triaging, responding or escalating accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and the needs to various teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to work autonomously to meet deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Desire to build a professional career in the People and Culture field.
