Job description
Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Org Design & Strategic workforce planning and working closely with the CPO, you will be a central point of contact for the HR Team in terms of Projects and team coordination/planning activities.
You will keep track of the HR Teams Projects from various disciplines and ensure the functions are aware and corporate and work collaboratively to develop fit for purpose solutions in line with the broader HR objectives.
This role will suit a strong HRBP with project experience looking to work with Senior stakeholders in an APAC business.
Key Responsibilities
Work with HR leaders and teams with their projects to help coordinate various projects.
Apply change management processes for the broader HR Team
Manage communications for all HR project activity s across the specialists
Key Requirements
4-5 Years HR HR Generalist Experience
Strong stakeholder management
Exposure to and understanding of project management
