We are in search of an experienced, customer-focused and motivated HR generalist to join our small, collaborative team based in Leederville to deliver human resource consultancy services to a portfolio of internal clients across several campuses in north metropolitan Perth.
The People Services Business Partner is a challenging and rewarding role and you will work closely with the team deliver a positive employee experience by providing contemporary consultancy services on a range of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, position management, classification evaluation and HR reporting.
As a solutions-focussed individual, you will provide clients in both academic and non-academic areas of the business with high level advice on options and implications in accordance with public sector policies, procedures and relevant industrial agreements. You will also support the Senior People Services Business Partner in complex HR matters such as change management processes.
