Within these roles you will cover a variety of the following tasks:
- Provide a professional, enhanced customer service, working closely with internal and external stakeholders across a range of communication modes
- Provide sound advice to clients in regard to HR policies, procedures, legislation and awards.
- Provide specialised advise and knowledge to the People Services Processing Team to ensure information is accurate and in line with the Company policies and guidelines
- Advise on a wide range of specialised internal and external enquiries, directing queries to appropriate HR Centre of Excellence (COE) members if required
- Act as a trusted advisor for all Human Resource functions in the provision of Company policy and procedures.
- Continue to develop an understanding of the business, including products, services, and costs to ensure advice and support is relevant
- Develop and manage strong partnerships with the People function to deliver valuable, effective, and timely support to the business
- Contribute to the development and/or implementation of fit-for-purpose HR projects, processes, and systems to build organisational and people capability.
- Demonstrate the understand of current/new Australian HR trends to assist customers and clients to better provide sound advice.

- Experience in a similar role (2+ years)
- Strong multi tasking skills
- Degree qualified in Business / HR is desirable
- Proficient in HRIS systems and data management (Workday desirable)
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office suite
