We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a People Systems and Analytics Specialist to join our People & Culture team based in Perth.
Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture, this role will play a crucial role in optimising and managing our People Systems and leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People systems administration, data analysis, and reporting, and possess a solid understanding of People processes and practices.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in People systems administration, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in working with HRIS, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other People systems.
- Experience with systems like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and People analytics methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of People processes and practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
