This Oil & Gas service provider has been in operation for over 30 years. They have grown to be one of the world's largest and advanced organisations that have a strong international presence, have built a solid reputation by their reliable performance, superior services and ability to outperform competitors. Due to movement in the team and further growth, they are looking for a Performance Engineer with high level coordination, organisation and attention to detail.
The Position
Based at the Adelaide HO, your responsibilities as the Performance Engineer will include: the coordinating with multiple teams and divisions to ensure the integrity of equipment certification and auditing is maintained within EAM compliance requirements. You will be tracking and maintaining drilling curves, monitor flat times, identify opportunities for improvement, prepare operational performance summaries, monitor rig KPIs and rig construction/refurb document control, quality assurance and a range of day to day/SIB operations.

The client is looking for someone who is organised, diligent and a strong ability to plan, drive and complete their work. Someone who is able to build relationships across teams, can communicate clearly and openly and is self motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem solving.
Qualification, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum or relevant Engineering discipline
- Experience in Oil & Gas field services with good understanding of Australian and API Standards
- High level ability to prioritise, drive and execute projects
- Proven ability conduct Auditing Programs, complete Performance Studies and report writing
- Knowledge of High Level Risk Management Processes
- Understanding of ISO 9001 Standard requirements
- Competencies in relation to electronic Quality Management Systems
- Have a passion for people with ability to work and communicate effectively across all levels
- Have sound understanding and commitment to WHS practices
- Be located in or willing to relocate to Adelaide, SA
