Who are we looking for?
A Performance Executive with a strong skill set across paid search & social, with a naturally curious nature and able to be autonomous & resourceful in their thinking. We’re a tight knit team who work collaboratively, so someone who wants to be part of that is essential to our ongoing success.
As a Performance Executive you’ll be able to analyse and interpret data to provide valuable insights and actionable next steps for your client group. Your attention to detail, project management and organisational skills will support you to thrive in a fast paced environment.
What will your day look like?
Working closely with the Performance Manager and broader team to achieve campaign performance and deliverables for clients across both paid social and paid search
Supporting in campaign planning, liaising closely with external vendors and internal teams
Building in-depth knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings
Taking responsibility for campaign implementation, including building creative specs documents, trafficking, campaign set up, optimization and reporting
Delivering regular and ad hoc reporting, including basic data analysis, weekly, daily and competitive reporting
